Shipping policy
Processing time
Please allow for order processing time in addition to delivery time. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days, based on order volume.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post eParcel with a tracking number and signature on delivery.
Once an item has been dispatched, we will notify you via email with your tracking information.
If you have not received your package within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us via email at hello@crstudio.com.au with your full name and order details, and we will look into your delivery immediately.
Australian orders over AU$150.
For orders under AU$150, shipping is charged at a flat rate of AU$9 for standard shipping & AU$15 express shipping for all orders
Estimated delivery times, after despatch:
- Standard Post: 4-7 business days
- Express Post: 1-5 business days
New Zealand Shipping
I offer a flat rate of AU$9.95 for standard shipping on all New Zealand orders & AU$15 for express shipping.

- Standard Post: 4-7 business days
- Express Post: 2-5 business days
International shipments may be subject to import fees determined by your local customs office. These fees are separate from our shipping costs and are your responsibility to pay.
