Shipping policy
Processing time
Please allow for order processing time in addition to delivery time. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 5 business days, based on order volume.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post eParcel with a tracking number and signature on delivery.
Once an item has been dispatched, we will notify you via email with your tracking information.
If you have not received your package within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us via email at hello@crstudio.com.au with your full name and order details, and we will look into your delivery immediately.
Australian orders over AU$100.
For orders under AU$100, shipping is charged at a flat rate of AU$5 for standard shipping & AU$10 express shipping for all orders

- Standard Post: 4-7 business days
- Express Post: 2-5 business days
New Zealand Shipping
I offer a flat rate of AU$9.95 for standard shipping on all New Zealand orders & AU$15 for express shipping.

International shipments may be subject to import fees determined by your local customs office. These fees are separate from our shipping costs and are your responsibility to pay.
USA - UK - Canada Shipping
I offer a flat rate of AU$15 for standard shipping on all USA - UK - Canada orders & AU$20 for express shipping.

- Standard Post: 5-9 business days
- Express Post: 3-6 business days
